This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through the HubFlora platform, operated by FAST Advanced Technologies LLC ("HubFlora," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (Identification Number: 400461399). Payments for HubFlora are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All transactions are subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to this Policy.
All purchases made through HubFlora are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date or subscription renewal date. To request a refund, contact us at support@hubflora.com within 14 days of your purchase or renewal. We will process your request promptly and issue the refund to your original payment method.
HubFlora offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. No payment is required during the trial period. If you upgrade to a paid plan, your 14-day refund window begins on the date of your first charge. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account will be suspended automatically and no charge will be applied.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to HubFlora until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your most recent charge, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge.
To request a refund, email support@hubflora.com within 14 days of your purchase or renewal with the following: • Your registered account email address • The date of the charge • The amount charged We will process your request and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
